Add a dance
It is not required that you fill in all the form fields, but most of the information should be available before you submit the form.
In the case of MP3 file downloads, it is the usual practice to indicate Download in the Label field, and include more information (e.g. Amazon, iTunes, Casa Musica) in the Extra field.
